A few things to know before starting.

Will I be charged automatically every month?

No. All 1-, 3- and 6-month plans are fixed-term and paid upfront, with 30 bags per delivery. You may purchase again when the term ends.

What is included in the monthly 30 bags?

Six coffees, five bags each, for 30 bags: three specialty discoveries and three everyday favourites.

Can I join if I know nothing about coffee?

Yes. Choose “Let ROMANOR choose” without studying all 11 coffees. The actual six selections are saved in your plan.

Can I choose again for each delivery?

Yes. For three- and six-month plans, your next selection opens after the previous shipment. You can choose six coffees again each time.

Can I change the first selection before paying?

Yes. You can change the first six coffees while payment is pending. Once payment is confirmed, the selection locks to protect the packing process.

How do delivery and shipping fees work?

Every included plan delivery is free across Taiwan, including offshore islands. The earliest preferred first shipping date is two days after order creation. Check your account and LINE notices for actual shipment and logistics progress.

How do I cancel or request a refund after payment?

Contact customer care to cancel unshipped deliveries. The refund for the unshipped portion is proportional to the amount actually paid. Shipped batches follow the returns policy. Contact us promptly about incorrect, damaged or defective goods.Plan cancellation & refunds →

How will my name, phone and address be used?
